Willowbrook Mall is located on the corner of SH 249 and FM 1960. If you are driving North on SH 249, you can take the exit towards Greens Rd/Gessner Rd. If you are driving South on SH 249, you can take the exit towards 1960.
Willowbrook Mall is located in the City of Houston, approximately 20 miles from Downtown Houston.
We are happy to be able to provide an indoor space for the community to walk without worrying about the weather. The entrance doors are unlocked two hours prior to scheduled opening time for mall walking.
It is best to contact the individual stores or visit their company websites to find any job openings. However, occasionally stores will ask that their job postings are shared on our website at https://www.shopwillowbrookmall.com/en/jobs/.
Willowbrook Mall does not allow pets, however, service animals are permitted. Any animal that disrupts the mall or customers with negative behaviors will be asked to leave.
Currently there is no policy preventing backpacks in Willowbrook Mall, however, stores are subject to have their own policies regarding backpacks within their space.
Parents must accompany their children at all times.
There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside the mall, including e-cigarettes.
Scavenger hunts are not allowed along with any other event or activity that has not received authorization from Mall Management.

RESTROOMS & LOUNGES
There are restrooms located in the Food Court next to Bigotes Street Tacos, as well as in the Nordstrom Rack Courtyard.

There are not currently any locations dedicated to nursing in the mall.
There are seating couches located throughout the walking areas in front of stores. There are larger seating areas located in Center Court, as well as seating in the Food Court.
SERVICES
Recently the children’s play area was damaged by a water main break. Plans are to replace it, however, no date has been set.
Children are able to play in the Children’s Play Area located near Old Navy. Next to the play area, you can find Bambino’s Express, which is a train for children that rides through the mall. In addition, Willowbrook Mall periodically hosts events for children, which can be found at https://www.shopwillowbrookmall.com/en/events/.
There is a general pick-up and drop-off area located at Entrance 4 next to Dick’s Sporting Goods.
