The Manager in training program is a ten week program that immerses a Manager in all aspects of running a multi- million dollar business for Abercrombie & Fitch.
Training takes place in our store locations.
Each week the program focuses on a different aspect of running the business ie: recruiting, diversity, human resources, store operations and visual merchandising.
The M.I.T must successfully complete the training program to be moved into an Assistant Manager role.
This program is a great opportunity to develop M.I.T's into Assistant Managers, Store or General Manager, New Store opening team, Recruiter, District Manager, Regional Manager, Director, Vice President of Stores and Senior Vice President of Stores.
